Moustafa joined Alcazar Energy in 2025 as a Business Development Engineer.
Moustafa brings over 4 years of experience in Renewable Energy Project Development. Prior to joining Alcazar Energy, he worked at China Three Gorges, where he worked on project development, government relations, permitting & licensing, renewable energy compliance, customs & import procedures, reporting, carbon credit processes, and documentation control.
Moustafa holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Ain Shams University (ASU) in Cairo.
