Laila joined Alcazar Energy in 2025 and currently works as Paralegal and Team Assistant. Her responsibilities include supporting Nadia Genisio and the wider team, with Paralegal and Team Assistant responsibilities.
Laila brings over 7 years of experience in both legal and administrative support. Prior to joining Alcazar Energy, Laila worked at Ashurst LLP where she supported senior executives and Partners of the firm, within the Risk Advisory (Consulting Division) and the Banking and Finance Departments. Prior to moving to the UAE with her son and husband, Laila worked at Leigh Day, a regional law firm in the UK, supporting a legal team of 2 Partners and 4 Associates, administering to heavy litigation support and case management.
Laila holds an undergraduate degree in Law from Kingston University and a Postgraduate Degree from the University of Law.
