Kyle Blockley
Kyle brings over 2 decades of experience in International Recruitment. Prior to joining Alcazar Energy in 2025, he worked at Amazon Web Services, a USD115 billion ARR Data Centre business, as a Senior Executive Recruiter covering EMEA. He led hiring efforts for all areas of the business ranging from General Management through to Data Centres leaders, including the successful hire of AWS’ UK CEO. He is passionate about building a customer-obsessed, diverse, and inclusive workforce. Prior to AWS, Kyle founded and successfully ran an International Recruitment firm focussed on the financial and tech sectors with offices in Singapore and Dubai. Kyle also Headed up Recruitment for Goldman Sachs in Singapore, successfully hiring 60 people over 12 months.
Kyle is an IECL Certified Coach Level 1.
