Joanna joined Alcazar Energy in 2022 as a HR Manager, developing and implementing talent strategies across key HR areas and managing the day-to-day HR operations. Jo has over 10 years of experience.
Prior to joining Alcazar Energy, she has worked in HR Generalist roles where she looked after the full employee life cycle, payroll and supported and executed the people agenda across Europe, India and Asia, within Private Equity/Asset Management and Consulting houses; including McKinsey & Company, Apollo Global Management and Contour Global.
