Nikola joined Alcazar in November 2025 as Project Development Manager at our Skopje office.

Prior to joining Alcazar, Nikola worked at CWP Europe where he focused on project origination and business development for utility-scale solar and wind projects across all seven Western Balkan markets. He later served as Project Developer for CWP’s flagship greenfield projects in Croatia and North Macedonia.
