Sharon Santos
Sharon joined Alcazar Energy in 2016 and currently serves as ESG Coordinator. Her responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining the company QHSE Integrated Management System, processes, and document control. Working alongside with the Environmental and Social Manager, she makes sure that the KPIs and records are up to date.
Prior to joining Alcazar Energy, Sharon has worked in administrative and coordination roles in the UAE for over 23 years across a variety of industry sectors such as Oil & Gas services, Health & Safety, Marine and Logistics.
Sharon has over 23 years of experience and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, NEBOSH IGC and a variety of Quality Management Certifications.
