Mai McArdle
Mai brings over 13 years of regulatory compliance experience to the team.
Prior to joining Alcazar Energy, Mai was the Global Head of Compliance at Equitix, an FCA regulated manager headquartered in London. Prior to this role, Mai also held compliance positions with Ardian and Aon.
Mai is responsible for ensuring the firm’s adherence to local and international regulations and supports the team to deliver excellence, through increasing efficiencies, streamlining processes and reporting.
Mai has a BSc Honours in Mathematics from the University of Manchester.
