Ilija Maksic
Ilija brings over nine years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Since October 2022, he has specialized in developing renewable energy projects, building on his prior experience in engineering and construction within infrastructure.
Previously, at JSC Elektromreža Srbije, Serbia’s Transmission System and Market Operator, he was involved in high-priority high-voltage substation projects for the Republic of Serbia.
Throughout his career, he has managed complex projects, ensured regulatory compliance, and fostered collaboration among teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
In his role at Alcazar Energy, he will continue supporting renewable energy initiatives in Serbia while also providing electrical expertise to other teams across the Balkans, ensuring efficient and sustainable project development and implementation.
