Founded in 2009, AMC is IFC's fund management business. It was designed to manage and invest third-party capital into IFC transactions in developing countries, using a strong governance structure and innovative business model to marry commercial capital with development finance. AMC's investors include sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, bilateral and multilateral development finance institutions and other investors.
