Jackie has 18 years of experience in Human Resources Management and has a Masters of Occupational Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from Leicester University, UK.
Her specialist knowledge is in performance management, recruitment and managing HR in emerging markets. She has extensive experience working in the Middle East and Africa. Her most recent experience has been managing HR for projects within the oil and gas exploration energy sector.
- Michael HigueraFinance Director
Michael has 17 years of experience in the construction industry having spent the last 11 years specializing in the energy sector.
Prior to joining Alcazar Energy, his professional career in Iberdrola Engineering and Construction, has seen him hold different positions in various geographies, always specializing in aiding the delivery of major power plant developments or large portfolios of renewable and network transmission projects. In his last two years at Iberdrola’s engineering and construction company, he has held the position of Head of Management Accounting. Before that he spent six years in the UK as Finance Director of two subsidiaries that operated in both the liberalised and regulated markets, assisting the delivery of multibillion energy infrastructure capital investments.
In his early years, Michael worked in Dragados, taking part in major civil engineering infrastructure projects which varied from motorways to the construction of underground train lines. During this period, he also had the opportunity to take part in project audits in Africa and the Middle East.
Michael holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford. He also graduated as a BSc in Business Administration and Management at the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid.
- Tim SheahanFinance Manager
Prior to joining the Alcazar Energy team, Tim worked as a Finance Manager for a large international renewable energy company in Ireland, Element Power. Whilst in Element Power, Tim was in charge of finance on the Asset Management side of the business with a portfolio of third-party owned (GE EFS and Blackrock Renewables) construction and operational projects. He was also heavily involved in the development of several large scale projects in Ireland, including the proposed USD 9bn Greenwire 3 GW interconnector project between Ireland and the UK.
Tim holds a BBus in Accounting from Cork Institute of Technology, is a qualified accountant and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
